What exams do you support?
We support BECE (JHS 3) and WASSCE (SHS 3). Students in JHS 1–2 and SHS 1–2 can use the platform to build strong foundations and track readiness over time. The earlier you start, the more time you have to move the label.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. The Free plan gives you a full diagnostic session, your Readiness Label per subject, and limited daily practice questions. Paid plans (Basic, Confidence, Exam Sprint) unlock unlimited practice, AI-powered insights, AI Solve, AI Create, and Exam Sprint mode.
How does the Readiness Label work?
After your diagnostic, we assign a band per subject: On Track (green), Improving (amber), or At Risk (red). The label factors in diagnostic results, recent practice accuracy, and improvement trend. It updates automatically every time you practise, so you always know where you stand.
What is AI Diagnostics?
AI Diagnostics runs a short, targeted assessment (as few as 15 questions) that identifies exactly which topics are holding you back in each subject. There are five types: Baseline (broad scan), Weakness Finder (topic gaps), Subject Deep-Dive, Topic Mastery, and Exam Skills. After each session, the platform generates a personalised study plan with specific priorities, examiner-pattern notes, and a day-by-day action schedule.
What is Exam Sprint?
Exam Sprint is an intensive revision mode for students in the final weeks before their exam. It sequences the highest-frequency past-paper topics first, surfaces commonly tested question patterns, and gives you a daily plan to maximise marks in the time you have left.
Can I pay with mobile money?
Yes. We accept MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, and AirtelTigo Money, as well as card payments. No bank account needed. You can also switch to yearly billing to save 20% on all paid plans.
How do parents and teachers use Olearna?
Parents get a separate dashboard showing their child's Readiness Label per subject, recent session activity, and any subjects flagged At Risk, all without logging in as the student. Teachers can assign practice by topic, track class-wide readiness, and spot struggling students early from one class dashboard aligned to the GES syllabus.
My child is in JHS 1 or SHS 1. Is it too early to start?
Not at all. Starting early means building strong foundations before final-year pressure arrives. The platform adapts to any level, and students who start in lower years have more practice time to move their Readiness Label to On Track before exams matter most.
